We are no longer shipping Internationally effective immediately.


If the delivery service happens to return the package to us we will either refund your order cost minus the shipping charge OR you can pay for us to attempt to ship it again. We will only re-attempt shipping once. Postage fees are NOT refundable.

All orders are shipped from our Pennsylvania office by USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail or UPS. .

All orders will ship the same day if the order is placed and paid for by 2PM EST Mon-Fri excluding any holidays that the US Post Office is closed. If we notice an error on your order and are unable to contact you to clarify then this guarantee is not applicable. Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays and through Sunday evening will ship that following Monday excluding any holidays that the US Post Office is closed.

Please keep in mind, if you choose first class mail, you are choosing the cheapest, and SLOWEST shipping option we offer.  It can take anywhere from 2-10 days for USPS to deliver a first class mail shipment.  We can not control the amount of time it takes for them to delivered once they are labeled and handed over to USPS for shipment.  

USPS estimate date's of delivery are almost never accurate and should not be used to expect when your package will be delivered ( unless you chose USPS Express mail ).

If you choose UPS overnight shipping on a Friday, you will not receive your order till Monday, Also please keep in mind if you choose UPS 2nd day air shipping on a Thursday, it will not be delivered till Monday as UPS does not consider Saturday a normal delivery day.


If after you have placed an order you realize you ordered the wrong items or need to add items please submit a CRM ticket on our How to contact us page. Please note that this will more than likely delay shipping your package to the next day because we often have to unpack your order, make the changes in our system, etc. We can not charge anything to your card once an order is placed so please do not ask us to just add an item and charge you for it.


Please DO NOT ask us to COMBINE your orders.


We do not charge any extra fees for "handling" your items. 

If you need your items badly you can select one of our UPS Next Day AirĀ® shipping options.  Your order MUST be placed before 2:00 EST Monday-Thursday for us to get the package out to you that day.  PLEASE call us to let us know if you have placed an order near the cut off time.  We are NOT responsible for errors made by the carrier if your package is not delivered on time. OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Orders totaling more than $75.00 will be shipped for free by USPS Priority Mail. Keep in mind if your order totals $80.00 and you apply a coupon code worth 10% off your purchase ($80.00 - 10% = $70.00) then your order will no longer qualify for free shipping.

We will ship your items to the address that you provide to us. If your items don't arrive and the United States Postal Service says the package was delivered then we will do what we can to assist you in locating your package. The USPS does make mistakes so please check with your local post office and your neighbors to see if it has been delivered to the wrong address. If you've given us the incorrect address and the package is returned to us we expect you to pay us for the shipping charge to re-send the package. If you do not pay for the shipping charge your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping charges.

We simply can not and will not replace lost or stolen packages.  We offer shipping insurance for USPS shipping right on the checkout page.  It is under the items in your cart.  Simply click the link to add it to your cart.

If an order is MARKED AS DELIVERED by USPS, we are not responsible for the package you did not receive.  We offer shipping with signature confirmation to ensure you receive your package.  If you do not purchase the shipping with signature confirmation there is nothing we can do if your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it.
