They sent me the wrong charger at first but as soon as they were notified of the error I got the correct one in the mail two days later. Very professional and decent company service.

Makes a really high pitched wine when charging but it's only audible from three feet away give or take. Other than that it's good.

Much faster charger than the kit one and works for both batteries at once so considerably better at start up when you need to top off both batteries before vaping.
