Please read the warranty policy in full so you will fully understand what "is" and what is "not" covered.

We sell only the best products from the best manufacturers. Unfortunately electronic cigarettes, their various components and accessories can be used and/or abused in many many ways.

"Our warranty policy is not a satisfaction guarantee."

Most products are warrantied for 14 days beginning the day they are marked as delivered.  Products are not warrantied against any mis-use regardless if the damage is intentional or not.  Items "not" covered by our 14 day warranty are listed below and include their warranty period:

Low resistance (LR) atomizers are warrantied for 24 hours against DOA.
All cartridges, liquid tanks and cartomizers, pre-filled or blank, are warrantied for 24 hours against DOA.
There is no warranty on e-Liquid flavors, unless returned to us, and deemed by our staff to be completely incorrect.
Automatic batteries which are damaged as a result of direct dripping on atomizers, overfilled cartomizers or cartridges are not covered.
Disposable cigarettes are warrantied against dead on arrival only.
Damage resulting from mixing batteries, and chargers from different companies is not covered under warranty.

Any shipping costs associated with returning product(s) to us is at your cost.

All replacement parts will be sent by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation.
