302 difference	December 10, 2010

I got a 302 with a silver band and some HV attys. Bought more and this time I got 302's with gold bands. So far, 302's have been good. Not great this time around. The silver band was a great choice. Smooth vape, not harsh as long as the atty was kept moist. The gold band has been less than great. I drip, therefore the atty is kept moist. But problem is, the gold bands seem to run hotter with same mod/battery as the silver. Making it necessary to load more juice to keep it moist. If you don't, you'll get a bad throat burn out of the blue, letting you know it WANTS more juice already. I get possibly 3 hits before the burn comes. With the silver, it was more like 5 hits then it would coast into a diminished flavor kinda taste. Plus it gurgles. Something new to me as I have been vaping 801's for a year. The silver banded 302 never did gurgle. Only the gold banded 302. Whatever they changed from the silver banded 302 to the gold banded 302 is something I think should have been left alone.

just received it quickly as usual. great service and this atomizer is outstanding. it produces great vapor and flavor from the fist time i used it. if there is a break in period for this atty then i can't imagine how much better this atty can perform. thanks again shawn.
