How do I return an item?

There are no RETURNS or REFUNDS. There is a 14 day warranty on all applicable parts from the date the order is placed. All parts covered under the warranty must be returned to LitecigUSA at customers expense before a replacement part will be issued. Please contact customer support for any warranty needs.
